Hi! My name is Kathy James, Founder of She Shed Media Group. Someone recently asked, "Kathy, how did you come up with the name, “She Shed Media”?"
My response -
I started this business endeavor by planning, designing, and recording all of my training, marketing and video content, including narrated voiceovers, and media packages from my 11x32 storage shed… AKA my “She Shed”! It was in the many hours spent in my "She Shed" that I developed as an entrepreneur, speaker, and a published book author.
When the time came for me to choose an entity name, it was a no brainer to me to select the name after the very space I felt the most empowered and inspired in. Thus, She Shed Media Group was born!
I strongly believe that my "She Shed", once a dull dusty storage space, transformed into a beautiful office, studio, and vision casting space is a direct illustration of my own personal and professional transformation. I used to STORE AWAY and HIDE my creativity... I was scared to explore my dreams and ideas.
Today, I take my experiences, innovative ideas and dreams that were once stored up on a dusty shelf inside of me, and I transform them into something beautiful, just like my She Shed!
Just as my "She Shed" symbolizes the conversion of a dull storage space into a hub of creativity, innovation, and empowerment, I am dedicated to facilitating a similar transformation for each client.
